Product Questions:
All products are described with size and color to the best of my ability. If you have a question about a specific item please use the contact link . If you need a larger quantity than available in my inventory please let me know. I am able to special order some items.
Returns:
I do not typically accept returns, unless the item was damaged upon arrival or there was a shipping error on my part. If you need to return a damaged item please contact me for instructions. Include the product code, reason for return and your name with your e-mail to ensure prompt service. I must be notified within 5 days of receipt of items to allow for a return.
Back Orders:
My inventory is updated regularly. If an item runs out, I do not back order it. If you purchase an item that is no longer available I will issue a refund as soon as possible. Please note refunds may not immediatly show on your statement due to bank processing times. Popular items are restocked as often as possible when available through my suppliers. Check back often for restocked items.
Sales Tax:
I am required to collect 7% State sales tax on orders shipped to an Indiana address.

I ship to all locations in the United States and Canada; plus, I ship internationally to all countries that accept US shipments. Do you have a minimum order? TOP
No, there is no minimum order. Do you offer wholesale discounts? TOP
Yes! No coupons or codes needed, discounts are automatic
Purchases of $50 - $74.99 = 10% discount
Purchases of $75 - $99.99 = 14% discount
Purchases of $100 and up = 20% discount What type of payment options do you offer? TOP
US customers may pay with either Paypal, Visa or MasterCard. International customers may pay with Paypal only. How much will I be charged for shipping? TOP
All US orders are charged a flat rate of $2.00 for any size order. Canadian orders are charged a flat rate of $4.00. All other international orders are charged a flat rate of $6.00. Your order will be shipped either First Class or Priority Flat Rate, depending on which is least expensive. If you prefer your order to be shipped Priority and your order is under $50 there will be an additional charge. Do you offer free shipping? TOP
Not at this time. During special promotions or sales I may offer free shipping which will be added to your total discounts.
Do you have a brick and mortar store? TOP
No, I am strickly an e-commerce business. All purchases are shipped to you via USPS. How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped? TOP
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours. Delivery times vary according to USPS schedule. Your order will be shipped from Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. All orders are processed, packaged and shipped by me, I am Sophisticated Hippie.
If you pay with a Paypal e-check your order will be shipped after your payment has cleared through Paypal. |
